Refund & Exchange Policy
All Sales Are Final
We do not offer refunds under any circumstances unless the item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product.
If this happens, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue.
Claims submitted after 48 hours will not be accepted.
Exchanges (Size Only)
Exchanges are only allowed for size within 7 days of delivery.
We do not allow exchanges for:
- Color changes
- Different items
- Change of mind
- Ordering the wrong item
- Items returned without approval
- Items worn, washed, or damaged by the customer
To be eligible for an exchange:
- Item must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- Item must have no stains, odors, pet hair, or damage
- Original order number must be provided
- Item must be approved for return via email before shipping it back
Items that do not meet these requirements will be rejected and sent back to the customer.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs for exchanges.
We do not provide prepaid return labels.
We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.
If your item arrived damaged or incorrect, we will cover replacement costs after verifying the issue with photos.
How to Request an Exchange
Email us at thehardbrand@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
Include:
- Your order number
- The size you want to exchange for
- Clear photos if there is any issue
Exchanges shipped to us without prior email approval will be refused.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once an order is marked delivered by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
You must contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
Chargebacks
Filing a chargeback for an order that was delivered correctly or does not qualify for a refund under our policy is considered fraud.
We provide full tracking, delivery confirmation, and policy documentation to dispute unauthorized chargebacks.
