Order Processing
We process orders as quickly as possible.
- In-stock items ship within 2–3 business days.
- Pre-order items may take 3–6 weeks to ship depending on production and demand.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking once your order is on the way.
Pre-Order Items
Pre-orders are items not yet available in our warehouse.
By placing a pre-order, you agree to our estimated shipping timeframe and understand that orders are final until shipped.
We will keep you updated via email if there are any changes to your order’s shipping date.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We use trusted carriers to ensure your items arrive safely.
Delivery times vary by location:
- Standard Shipping (U.S.): 3–7 business days
- Expedited Shipping (U.S.): 1–3 business days
- International Shipping: 7–21 business days (depending on destination)
All shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are non-refundable.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
Once a package is marked delivered by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen items.
If your item arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will verify and replace damaged items at our discretion.
Order Tracking
You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.
Please allow 24 hours for tracking information to update.
Customer Responsibilities
- Ensure your shipping address is correct. Incorrect addresses may result in delayed or returned orders.
- Pre-order shipping times are estimates, not guarantees.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or natural events.
Chargebacks
Filing a chargeback for an order delivered correctly, or for pre-orders shipped according to this policy, is considered fraudulent.
We provide full tracking, shipping confirmation, and policy documentation to dispute unauthorized claims.
